Art Of Living Ashram, Vasad 26 October 2025

After 3 dyas meditation program, I felt a deep silence within me. From that silence, a few gentle reminders arose — reminders I want to carry with me as the direction for my life. These are the 5 advices I now offer to myself.
🌿 1. Drashta Bhav – “I Am the Witness”
- I am not the body, not the mind — I am the Drashta, the pure witness.
- Whatever I see — thoughts, emotions, situations, people — are Drashya (Prakruti), separate from me.
- I will practice awareness throughout the day: “This is happening, I am watching.”
🌿 2. Embrace Silence
- Nature is silent… my true nature is also silence.
- I will spend time daily in silence and with nature.
- I will smile inwardly and allow my presence to speak more than my words.
- I will minimize mobile usage and avoid unnecessary conversations.
🌿 3. Daily Meditation & Conscious Breathing
- I will meditate every day, without excuse.
- I will breathe slowly, deeply, and consciously throughout my routine.
- My breath will be my anchor — bringing me back to awareness again and again.
🌿 4. Protect My Time & Energy
- I will not take unnecessary responsibilities or burdens that disturb my inner space.
- I will save time for silence, meditation, and knowledge.
- My peace, clarity, and inner growth are my highest priorities.
🌿 5. Life Is Short — Stay Present
- I will not over-plan or postpone life to a distant future.
- I will live one moment at a time — fully, peacefully, and joyfully.
- I will not hurry. I will move with presence, patience, and awareness.
