Introduction

Human desire is always to expand in all dimensions. Essentially, all human beings want a bigger experience of life. The only way life experience can be enhanced is to understand the cosmic design of our Life.

India has always been a land of seekers. Questions arise in many people’s minds: Why, what, and how regarding their own existence. Many of us are curious and wonder about our own lives. Who am I? Why am I here? What am I supposed to do? How long will I be here? Why are others here? Hundreds of such questions create confusion. Only intelligent people experience this kind of confusion; the rest simply go with the flow and pass away. The intelligent drive their lives with a certain awareness at every moment.

“Who am I?” is a typical Indian question, but not everyone discovers their true self. The intensity of curiosity and the depth of awareness determine the possibility of finding answers.

What is this awareness?
Awareness is a very subtle wisdom that enables seekers to move beyond confusion and experience the infinite possibilities of human existence, ultimately allowing them to die with immense satisfaction.

  • Chitta (Sub-Conscious mind)

    Chitta (Sub-Conscious mind)

Chitta, the subconscious mind, fluctuates between deep sleep and full awareness. It exists in three states: Awake (Jagrut), Dream (Swapna), and Sleep (Sushupti), with a higher Turya state beyond them. Awareness is influenced by three Gunas: Sattva (purity), Rajas (passion), and Tamas (inertia). Increasing Sattva leads to clarity, peace, and inner illumination.

    Ego (Ahamkara)

Ahamkara (ego) binds us to identity. It can make us feel like everything—one with the universe (“Aham Brahmasmi”)—or like nothing, an insignificant atom. True awareness lies in understanding both.
