“Explore Within, Transform Beyond.”

Intellect
Intellect enables reasoning and memory, while wisdom discerns what is meaningful. Knowledge belongs to the body, but wisdom stays with the soul. Sharpening intellect requires listening, contemplation, and action. The wise recognize the limits of knowledge and embrace the unknown.

Chitta (Sub-Conscious mind)
Chitta, the subconscious mind, fluctuates between deep sleep and full awareness. It exists in three states: Awake (Jagrut), Dream (Swapna), and Sleep (Sushupti), with a higher Turya state beyond them. Awareness is influenced by three Gunas: Sattva (purity), Rajas (passion), and Tamas (inertia). Increasing Sattva leads to clarity, peace, and inner illumination.

Ego (Ahamkara)
Ahamkara (ego) binds us to identity. It can make us feel like everything—one with the universe (“Aham Brahmasmi”)—or like nothing, an insignificant atom. True awareness lies in understanding both.
